When will I start seeing results?

Progress looks different for everyone since each plan is personalised, but most people start noticing positive changes- physically and mentally- within four to six weeks of consistent effort.

Do I need access to a gym?

Having a gym makes things easier, but it’s not essential! I can design your plan around home workouts if you prefer or don’t have access to a gym.

How do I know if this coaching is right for me?

If you’re ready to improve your fitness, mindset, and daily habits, and want support staying consistent, then coaching is absolutely for you. It’s especially helpful if you want accountability with a compassionate, realistic approach.

What if I’ve already trained before?

Amazing! Every plan is built around your experience level and goals, so whether you’re brand new or a seasoned gym-goer, your programme will challenge and support you at the right pace.

How often will we be in touch?

You’ll either have a weekly training session or check-in with me to review your progress and adjust where needed. I also offer ongoing WhatsApp support throughout the week, and I do my best to reply as quickly as possible.

Can I still follow the plan if I have dietary restrictions?

Yes! Every nutrition plan is fully customisable, so whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or have allergies, I’ll adapt it to fit your needs. Just let me know when we get started.

I’ve never worked out before — is this for me?

Definitely! Every programme is easy to follow and built for all levels. You’ll get the guidance and structure you need to feel confident from day one.

Do you work with people outside the UK?

Yes — I work with clients all over the world, so you can join the programme from anywhere.

How do I cancel my plan?

Clients can cancel their plan from their My Subscriptions page.
