SHIPPING POLICY
Everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times, and handling.
Eligibility & Ordering
Clients enrolled in a 6, 8 or 14-Week Programme may purchase Waking Life branded clothing as an optional add-on. These items are not included in the programme fee and are charged separately at the time of ordering.
Clients who enroll in a 12-Week Coaching programme will receive a wellness planner to compliment their programme​. Once programme payment has been received and confirmed, new clients will receive a short form to provide shipping details. Please ensure that information is accurate, as incorrect details may cause delays or delivery issues.

Processing Times
All merchandise items (paid or complimentary) are created made-to-order once sizing has been confirmed.
Please allow 10–14 business days for order processing before dispatch.
During peak periods or in the event of stock/sizing issues, processing times may be longer. We will notify you by email if this occurs.

Shipping
Standard shipping is currently available to UK addresses at no additional cost.
For international orders, a small shipping fee may apply. This will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
Estimated delivery times after processing:

UK: 3–5 business days

Europe: 7–10 business days

Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on local postal services and customs.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive email confirmation once your item has shipped. Tracking information will be provided where available.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact abby@wakinglife.co.uk with your full name and delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges
All merchandise is produced to order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference once production has begun.
Complimentary merchandise is issued as a programme complimentary gift and cannot be exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If an item arrives faulty, contact abby@wakinglife.co.uk within 7 days of delivery including photos and a brief description. We will arrange a replacement where possible.

Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, notify us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made once the parcel has been dispatched.
